Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Quebec, all our products are covered by the legal warranty.
If a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the description, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or a full refund, including taxes.
The request must be made within a reasonable time after purchase, with proof of purchase.
Non-Defective Products
Returns or exchanges for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.) are only accepted according to our internal commercial policy.
Conditions
Return within X days of purchase (e.g., 14 days).
Product unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
Some items may be excluded (e.g., sale items, hygiene, food products).
Refunds
Refunds include GST and QST.A credit or refund document will be issued, indicating the amount and the merchant's registration numbers in the tax records.
Refunds are made using the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, cash).
Exceptions
Items marked as final sale are not refundable or exchangeable, except in the case of a defect covered by the legal warranty. Gift cards and personalized products cannot be returned.
Procedure
Present your invoice and the product at our service counter. For online purchases, contact our customer service before returning the product. Delivery fees are not refundable, except if the product is defective or non-compliant.
