It is your responsibility to check toys and other items for damage at all times. All broken or worn items must be discarded for your pet's safety.

Treats (Bones, Biscuits, or Similar Products)

It is always recommended to supervise your pet when it is eating treats (bones, biscuits, or similar products).

Your pet must have access to fresh water at all times.

Under no circumstances can Happy and Joy, Pet Shop, be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or death of your pet.

*If a problem arises with a food product (serious gastric issues or other problems), you must contact your veterinarian and inform us.
