The Customer has a period of 30 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the products.

The products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to:

Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. The refund will be processed within 14 days following the receipt of the returned products.
